David Zambrano and Michael Baca, both born and raised in New Mexico, grew up together and built their careers side by side. Together, they bring over 10 years of combined experience in the roofing industry.

Through their work in the field, they partnered with Feliberto, a highly experienced professional who holds a GB-98 contractor’s license and brings over 30 + years of industry expertise. Feliberto serves as the team’s authority in general construction, providing invaluable knowledge and leadership on every project.

• Michael Baca   Michael Baca leads sales operations, business development, and customer acquisition efforts for the company. He recruits, vets, and manages subcontractors while mentoring and training the door-to-door sales team to maximize performance and professional growth. Michael oversees estimating, customer relations, project coordination, and production scheduling, ensuring projects are properly scoped, sold, and executed. He is responsible for verifying workmanship quality, ensuring subcontractors meet company standards, monitoring project performance, and maintaining accountability for materials and job site resources. Michael works closely with clients, crews, and subcontractors to maintain quality standards, drive revenue growth, track sales performance metrics, and ensure every project runs smoothly from initial contact through final completion. 
• Feliberto  Feliberto Quintana serves as the company's Senior Project Manager and Construction Advisor, bringing over 30 years of hands-on construction experience to every project. He oversees daily job site operations, coordinates crews and subcontractors, manages material procurement and delivery, and ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. As the company's construction expert and trusted mentor, Feliberto provides guidance throughout every phase of construction, helping navigate technical challenges, industry best practices, and project execution. His leadership in the field ensures materials are ordered correctly, schedules stay on track, and every project is completed with exceptional craftsmanship, accountability, and attention to detail. 
• David Zambrano  Manages all business operations, including tax compliance, payroll administration, estimating, sales, sales metrics and reporting, marketing strategy, and administrative systems. Oversees company processes and supports project management activities while handling technical documentation, contracts, permitting, insurance coordination, compliance requirements, budgeting, and all operational paperwork. Tracks key performance indicators, monitors revenue and sales performance, develops estimates and proposals, and ensures efficient project execution, profitability, and business growth. While David serves as the CEO and operates at the forefront of the company, all three partners are equal owners who bring their own expertise and responsibilities to the table.
